We are in receipt of the subject bulletin, " Surveillance of Mechanical Snubbers." We have not yet made the determination of whether this bulletin is a long term item as defined in our letter of May 29, 1980 (TLL 247), or if it applies to TMI-2 in its current mode.
We expect that. the determination, and if appropriate, the response will be ready for submittal by May 29, 1981.
