Inspection Summarv:
Inspection on April 7-10, 1981 (Report No. 50-313/81-12)
Areas Inspected: Nuclear material control and accounting includi7g facility
organization and operations, measurement and controls, shipping ati receiving,
storage and internal control, inventory and inventory verification, and
records and reports. The inspection involved 28 inspector-hours onsite by
one NRC inspector and was begun during the regular hours.
Results: The licensee was found to be in compliance with NRC requirements
in the six areas examined during the inspections except for the following
one item (Severity Level VI): Failure to date receiver's signature and
failure to submit Forms VRC-741 within the required ten day interval when
shipper's values were accepted (Paragraph 6).
