Dear Mr. Denton:
This letter is provided at the request of NRC (Spraul) for additional in-formation regarding Item 5 of the reference submittal.
In particular, it was requested that SNUPPS clarify its response regarding the responsi-l bilities of Daniel site construction personnel in performance of the l
following functions at Wolf Creek and Callaway Sites:
i o Generating contract packages in conjunction with the purchasing function.
i t
o Coordinating engineering matters with the Design Engineer.
o Establishing and implementing procedures for the collection and consolidation of as-built information.
o Controlling fabrication and installation with a system of documented procedures and in.structions.
Responsibilities for the above functions as described in Revision 2 of the Design and Construction QA Program Description, Callaway and Wolf Creek Site Addenda, are currently assigned to the Daniel Construction Engineering Manager (CEM) at each site. However, organizational changes underway at Wolf Creek Site will result in changes in these assignments; these changes will be reflected in Rev. 3 to be submitted within the next 30 to 45 days.
