Dear Mr. Bonci:
This is in response to your letter dated April 6,1981, in which you requested copies of radiation monitoring reports for 1979 and 1980, as well as any reports as yet available for 1981.
Please find enclosed the documents listed on Appendix A.
These documents summarize the 1978 annual reports that were submitted by all NRC licensees and the 1979 annual reports that were submitted by power reactors. A summary report for 1979, submitted by all licensees, has not yet been prepared as the data is still being collected.
Data for 1981 is not required to be submitted until March 31, 1982. We, therefore, have no information available for 1901 at this time.
A computer listing of the 6,300 annual reports submitted in 1978 may be made available, upon request to this office, at an approximate cost of
$40.00.
Computer listings of data for 1979 and 1980, other than for power reactors, are not yet available. Unless you are requesting data submitted by some particular licensee, it appears the enclosed documents will be more helpful than the computer listing.
