- Expiration of Centract No. NRC-04-77-157, Dr. Bernd Kahn, Principal Investigator The subject contract expired on April 15, 1979.
Your final report for this expired contract has been received and accepted.
Before we proceed with the official close-out of this contract and make the final payment of any funds remaining due you, certain additional ree.sirements must ce met. These concluding requirements are discussed below.
Pt.rsuant to the Patents article in the General Provisions of your contract,

Another requirement is the satisfactory disposal of any Government-owned property tou held in connection with this contract.

We have now completed our review of.vnur certined Appendix C, Statements of Actual Costs submitted for the subject contract period during August 1, 1977 through April 15, 1979.
