\\com o DOCKET N0 50-312 RANCHO SECO NUCLEAR GENERATING PLANT - UNIT N0 1 By telephone conversation on February 27, 1981, Mr. Barry Manilli furnished comments on the Rancho Seco Guard Training and Qualification Plan, Revision 2.
He requested that the Plan be revised and resubmitted.
The Rancho Seco Guard. Training and Qualification Plan has been revised (Revision 3) to incorporate all of the comments provided by Mr. Manilli.
Enclosed are five copies of Revision 3.
Specific revisions are marked by a marginal line and are summarized in enclosure (1) for convenience. As noted in the summary description of enclosure (1) a few additional changes were made to reflect actual plant conditions.
The District believes that all of the comments offered by the NRC are fully resolved by the enclosed revision and request the NRC formally approve the Plan through Revision 3.
The enclosures contain information of the type specified in 10 CFR 2.790 (d) and should be withheld from public disclosure.
