During a recent meeting in Silver Spring with members of your staff it was determined that your current physical protection measures would need modifica-tion to assure that a satisfactory level of security is maintained during construction activities associated with your upgrade plan. Accordingly, as agreed during that meeting, we are hereby amending Materials and Plant Protecti c Amendment NPP-1 to your License No. SNM-696 by adding License Condition 9.3.25 as contained in the enclosure, effective immediately.
It has been determined that Appendix A of the enclosure to this letter contains information of a type specified in 10 CFR 2.790(d). Accordingly, it is deemed to be commercial or financial information within the meaning of 10 CFR 9.5(a)(4) and shall be subject to disclosure only in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 9.12.
