b Westinghouse Electric Corporation Docket No. 99900005/81-01 NOTICE OF NONCONFORMANCE Based on the results of an NRC inspection conducted on February 3, 4, and 6, 1981, it a;; pears that certain of your activities were not conducted in accor-dance with NRC requirements.
Section 5 of the Westinghouse Nuclear Fuel Division Quality Assurance Program Plan, WCAP-7800, Revision SA, states in part:
"Th>aughout the design, manufacturing, and inspection phases, the activities and operations effecting the quality of the fuel assemblies and core components are controlled through the use of approved drawings, specifications, iristructions, and procedures."
Product Assurance Department Procedure, 2.18.1, Revision 3, C.4 states in part:
"Within 30 working days after receipt of the audit report, write and distribute an audit reply...."
Contrary to the above, four (4) audits had overdue responses to findings.
