We request issuance of a USNRC Certificate of Compliance for Radioactive Materials Package for Technical Operations Model 910 Type B Package. We are enclosing eight copies of the Safety Analysis Report of the Model 910 for your review.
In accordance with 10CFR170.31, Item 11.E, we are also enclosing a check for
$200 for the application fee.
We plan to apply to the U.S. Department of Transportation for an International Atomic Energy Agency Certificate of Competent Authority for Type B(U) packaging under the 1973 Revised Edition of IAEA Safety Series No. 6.
We ask that this package be reviewed for conformance to these require =ents also.
