The Manager of Nuclear Services reports directly to the Vice-President -

areas of independent safety review, nuclear fuel, nuclear systems, reliability analysis, and training.
13.1.1.2 Applicant's In-House Organization i
The Applicant's in-house organizational structure is included in

Figure 13.1-1 and, as described in this subsection, will function during t
l the operating phase of ZPS-1.
It consists of home office departmental personnel who are qualified and available to furnish staff support in the operation of ZPS-1 as required.
This in-house Technical Staff (Subsection 13.1.1.4) organization is 50 provided for the Applicant by CC&E and is comprised of personnel within the organizational structures of Generation Construction, Licensing and Environmental Affairs, and Nuclear Operations. These personnel provide staff support to the plant operating, maintenance, instrument and control, rad-chem, and engineering staff groups as required.
