Breazeale Reactor (PSBR) g.
Gentlemen:
The purpose of this letter is to inform you of a change in one of the interior doors to the PSBR Reactor Bay as required by 10 CFR 50.54(p). The location of the subject door and the details of the change are contained in the attached drawing.
This change was made to upgrade the security of the facility. This change involved replacing a set of double wooden doors and their associated hardware with a single steel door equipped with more modern and improved hardware.
