Dear Mrs. Puffer:
This will confirm your telephone conversation with Sandra Schlosser of this office on March 11, 1981, at which time Ms. Schlosser told you that we were officially closing the local public document room (LPDR) for the proposed Sumit Nuclear Power-Plant. As you know, Delmarva Power and Light Company has concelled plans to build the plant.
A,s Ms. Schlosser discussed with you, we do not need to have the Sumit material returned to us as the official file copy is being retained by the Office of Administration here in our Bethesda, Maryland, offices.
Please feel free to keep any or all of the LPDR document collection.
However, you may decide not to retain any LPDR material and, if that is the case, the documents may be disposed of.
