.f On April 20, 1981, theLicensingBoardreceivedcopies(throiJgh'.dR[s'/
internal mail system) of the Staff's " Partial Safety Evaluation Report' (SER) concerning QA/QC matters with respect to operation of the South Texas facility.
(We presume the SER was issued and served on all parties that same day.) At the third prehearing conference on March 17-18, we had established dates for discovery, identification of witnesses, filing of testimony and hearing on issues arising out of the QA/QC portion of the SER. Those dates were based on a tentative SER issuance date of April 7, 1981. See Third Prehearing Conference Order, dated April 1,1981, at p. 7.
The 13-day delay in actual issuance of the SER requires some modification to the schedule for discovery, identification of witnesses, and filing of testimony. This revised schedule takes into account the differing personnel resources available to intervenors, on the one hand, and the Staff and g

In our view no adjustment to.the previously adopted hearing schedule is warranted.
For these reasons, it is, this 21st day of April,1981 ORDERED That the following schedule shall govern consid'eration of QA/QC matters arising out of the SER:
