Please find enclosed Rev. E of the subject Safety Analysis Report drawing.
This drawing has been revised to allow the optional use of bolts or studs for securing the lid.
In addition, please change the Model Number from CN6-80A to CNS6-80-2.
These changes are nonstructural and therefore, not safety related.
Check Number 5742 in the amount of $150.00, is enclosed to cover the fees associated with a minor amendment.
