Dear Mrs. Ellis:

Od8 This is to inform you that Applicants are trans-mitting to you under separate cover a copy of Applicants' answers to the NRC Staff's recent request for financial information. Since CASE's fifth set of interrogatories, dated March 13, 1981, duplicate the requests for informa-tion by the Staff, Applicants are providing CASE with the answers thereto as Applicants' responses to CASE's inter-rogatories, as indicated in my letter to you dated April 6, 1981.

With regard to the documents sought by the NRC Staff in their requests for financial information, Applicants will treat CASE'a requests for these documents as requests for production of documents, pursuant to 10 C.F.R. S2.741.

Accordingly, those documents will be made available for ,

inspection and copying at the Applicants' office in Dallas, Texas. The procedures for inspection and copying of those documents are as set forth in Applicants' response to CASE's requests for production of documents, dsted March 24, 1981.
