ORDER RULING ON STATE OF ILLINOIS MOTION FOR CLARIFICATION DATED MARCH 9, 1981 The licensee, U.S. Ecology, Inc., is to answer State interrogatories 55, 56, 82-87 contrary to our previous order. Licensee is to identify where in the existing record such information appears and supply any further documentation responsive to such interrogatories. As stated by the inter-venor, State of Illinois, the licensee need not supply speculative answers or develop new information to respond to the interrogatories.

This has recently been ' raised as an issue by the State since the question has never bean broucht up price to the State's interrogatories. The infor ration sought is not relevant to any material issue before the Board and to grant State's reauest would simply open the
