This facility has reduced its holdings of accessible high enriched uranium to the first level described in the referenced letter.
The final coordination for the achievement of this level was accomplished through telephone conversations with R.
R.
Rentschler of your sta f f on November 5 and 6, 1980 and a visit by Harvey Zibulski, Region I,
November 5, 1980.
The agreed upon criteria for achieving the low level was complied with today and verified by independent internal audit.
Accordingly, the security system will be reduced to establishing and maintaining the six items stipulated in the referenced letter.
This reduction will occur at five o' clock this afternoon.
