q The Westinghouse Electric Corporation transmits herewith.
1 M h Ibval our " Fundamental Nuclear Material Control Plan - Columbia Plant", License SNM-1107, Docket 70-1151. This nanual is submitted in its entirety and replaces the manual transmitted by our letter of October 31, 1983.
Please note that two temporary M3A's, FBA 34 (DCFB) and M3A-SOLX (Scrap) have been deleted from our plan. Temporary l'9A 34, DCFB orocess, has been disasserbled and is no longer a SNM process. Temporary ESA SOLX, scrap re-covery proces, has been placed under one of the three " Controlled Transfer Areas" as described in Section 2.2.3 and Aependix 8.2.
The FNMC transmittal is exempt from the fee requirements dascribed in 10CFR 170 as these changes were made in accordance with the provisions of 10CFR 70.32c.
Westinghouse requests that the attachments to this letter be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with the provision of 10CFR 2.790(d).
