REPORT NO. 2 (REVISION TO FINAL)
NCR SDDR-12
~
Description of Deficiency The last sentence of this section should be changed to read:
"The condensate header for unit A1 has not been completely installed as implied by our final report. It has been positioned in place, but no supports or hangers have been attached and installation has not been inspected or approved."
Corrective Actions The last two sentences of the first paragraph in this section should be changed to read:
"The Hartsville unit A1 condensatt header will be supported with the new support spreader noted above. The revised drawing, SN-310123, revision 2, was issued by C. F. Braun on October 10, 1980, to take care of this problem."
Please note that TVA is now in compliance since design revisions have been completed and no backfitting is necessary.
