Dear Mr. Denton:
This is in response to the MP.C Generic Letter 81-10 dated February 18, J981 from Darrell G. Eisenhut.
The implementation dates indicated in Enclosure 1 to the February 18 letter will be met, i.e.,
the upgraded emergency response facilities conceptual design will be submitted by June 1, 1981 and the upgraded facilities will be operational by October 1, 1982 or prior to the receipt of an operating license whichever is later.
