Nuclear Regulatory C: missien (the Cc mission) has issued Amendment No. 51 to Facility Operating License No. OPR-E5 issued to Ccmm:nwealth Edison Cc=pany, which revised -he T.echnical 5:ecifications for operation of the Dresden Nuclear Power Staticn, Unit No. 3, located in Grundy Coun y, Illinois.
The amendment is effective as of the date of issuance.
