AER0 TEST OPERATIONS, INC. PHYSICAL SECURITY PIAN We have reviewed the licensee's requeat for a delay in the review of their physical security plan submitted in response to the requirements of 10 CFR 73.67 and have determined that auch a delay would not endanger life or prop-erty and is otherwise in the public interest.
Thereforg please notify the licensea that our review of the physical security plan entitled, "Aerotest Radiography and Research Reactor (AEER) Security Pina" dated January 1979 cubmitted by their letter dated January 19, 1979 vill be delayed until their revised plan is submitted. Also inform tha licensee that their revised plan must be submitted no later then March 31, 1991.
In a related matter, we have reviewod 10 CFR 50.54(p) changes to their approved plan submitted by letters dated June 13, 1980 and July 30, 1980 and agree with the licensee's determination that the changes do not decrease the effectivenssa, of their plan. Please inform the licensee that their approved physical security plan now consists of docur.ents dated:
