NUCLEAR ENERGY LIABILITY POLICY l
(Secondary Financial Protection) l (Dated June 24, 1977) i It is agreed that the second paragraph of Insuring Agreement I.,
NUCLEAR ENERGY LIABILITY INSURANCE (Secondary Financial Protection),
is amended to read as follows:
t If more than one policy or contract of primarv financial i.
J protection applies to a nuclear incident, the limit of J
liability of all such policies or contracts shall be deemed to be exhausted when the sum paid for damages and claim 1
I expenses under all such policies or contracts is equal to the lesser of (1) the sum of the limits of liability available f
under all such primary financial protecrion, or (2) one hundred and sixty million dollars.
