9 SPECIAL REPORT NO 20 1980-81 INSERVICE I'ISPICTION NO 7 31g Ecch Pcint Plant Inservice Inspection No 7 was conducted during the period Neve=ber 1,1980 through January 25, 1981 in acecrdance with Sectic: 9.0 of the Big Rock Pcint Plant Technical Specificatic=s, except as specified by Consu=ers Power Cc=pany letter dated October 15, 1980, which updated the applicable AS?E Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code,Section II to the 77 Su==er 78 Editien.

Areas examined during this inspection included varicus ec=penents of the portions of the nuclear steam supply syste=, and pcrtiens of various support syste=s piping as ite=1:ed in the attached Table 2 - Inservice Inspection No 7 "v=-4:ation Table.

The exs=inations were perfor=ed using ultrasonic (UT), liquid penetrant (?"'),

and visual (Y"') techniques. The various examinations were conducted in acccrdance with Consu=ers Pever Cc=pany Systems Protectien and Laboratory Services (SPLLS) er vender (Southwest Research Institute SvRI) approved precedures. Examinations vere perfor=ed by inspecticn persennel qualified in the NDT precess utilized in acecrdance with the require =ents of Sectice T4A-2300, Secticn XI of the 1977 AS?G Soiler and Pressure Vessel Code. Instances of reportable indications are ite ized in the attached Table 1 - Resciutien of Reportable Indications.

All reccrds detailing procedures, personnel and equipment certifications, evn-4na-tien data, and disposition of reportable indications are en file and available for inspection at the 31g Ecek Pcint Plant.
