This refers to your letter dated August 16, 1981, concerning the processing of low enriched scrap.
The Licensing staff has determined that a safeguards amendment to License SNM-1107 will be required.
Therefore, an adminis-trative amendment fee of $150 is required as specified in Section 170.31 (18) of 10 CFR 170, copy enclosed.
Payment should be made to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission and mailed to my attention.
