NRC Generic Letter 81-10, dated 2/18/81 - Post-TMI Requirements for the Emergency Operations Facility Clinton Power Station Units 1 & 2 Docket Nos. 50-461 and 50-462 Construction Permits Nos. CPPR-137 & CPPR-138 This is in reply to the referenced-letter which requested confirmation by Illinois Power Company regarding the implementa-tion dates for emergency support facilities as provided in to the referenced letter.
The Clinton Power Station operating license application is currently in the OL review process,and the OL for Unit 1 is scheduled for issuance after October 1, 1982.
Therefore, all l
required licensing submittals for emergency support facilities will be furnished in a time frame supporting the OL re'riew process.
This position is consistent with the implementation requirements l
for action plan item III.A.l.2.
