Dear Mr. Eisenhut:
This letter is in response to Generic Letter 81-10 dated February 18, 1981 concerning post-TML requirements for the Emergency Operations I*acility. The Perry Nuchar Power Plant is scheduled for an operating license (OL) in May 1983. We are currently taking steps to meet the intent of NRC guide-lines on this subject for implementation prior to OL issuance. A descrip-tion of the Emergency Operations Facility conceptual design will be provided by June 1, 1981 for pre-implementation review. Our FSAR will reflect our plans as they develop to allow for your review in cornection with the OL review process. Sincerely, Dalwyn R.
