As described in the interim report dated December 5,1980, Bechtel has taken the necessary process corrective action to prevent recurrence (ie, revised review procedures and established tracking documents).
Verification of the adequacy of 3echtel's actions vill be provided by the re-review included in the program required to respond to the NRR request for tabulated qualification documentation contained in D F Ross's letter on
" Qualification of Safety-Related Electrical Equipment," dated February 21, 1980.
While this program has been initiated, sufficient review has not been completed to allow closure of the 50 55(e).
Another report, either interin or final, vill be provided by October 30, 1981.
