I am making a request pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act for all documents and data referring to Ebasco Services Incorporated and the Fort St. Vrain Nuclear Power Plant ( " FSV" ) in Platteville, Weld County, Colorado.
Specifically:
1.
Documents describing the design, installation and inspection of hangers, supports, and seismic restraints for all 2 inch and under pl. ping in the FSVP (hereinafter
" devices").
2.
Documents describing substantial completion or final completion of devices at the FSVP.
3.
Documents regarding all inspections and audits of devices at FSVP.
4.
Documents identifying person or persons conducting audits and inspections of devices at FSVP.
5.
All documents referring to the reportable occurrence of September 19, 1977, Reportable Occurrence Report No. 50-267/77-34.

Dear Ms. Epstein:
This is in partial response to your letter dated March 3,1981, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, five categories of information pertaining to the Fort St. Vrain Nuclear Power Plant.
With regard to categories one and two of your request, an NRC staff office provided.the enclosed Section 7 from Amendment 22 to the Fort St.
'Vrain License.
A search is underway for additional records in light of the telephone conversation on March 19, 1981, between you and Linda Robinson narrowing the scope of your request to records related to the specified devices dating from the reportable occurrence and records related to the Reportable Occurrence Report. We will notify you as soon as the search is completed.
