This refers to the telephone conversation of March 6, 1981, between you and Mr. D. G. Wiedeman of my staf f regarding arrangements for a SALP (Systematic Appraisal of Licensee Performance) review and enforement con-ference between members of our respective organizations.
The meeting is to be held at the USNRC Region III office on April 1, 1981, at 11:00 a.m.

The SALP review and discussion of the results of our special inspection conducted December 16-17, 1980, your proposed corrective action, and associated enforcement options available to the NRC will be the primary topics of discussion.
