Dear Mr. Cassiere:
This is in regard to your letter in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, information concerning the nature, causes and violations of an at:ider.t on July 24, 1964, at the United Nuclear Corporation facility at Wood River Junction, Rhcde Island.
As Linda Robinson informed you during a telephone conversation on March 17, 1981, a voluminous amount of records were created concerning the accident.
As a result of your narrowing the scope of your request, we are enclosing the following records:
