In accordance with 1 0 CFR 72.48( d)(2), Holtec International herewith submits the biennial report of changes, tests, and experiments implemented for the HI-STAR 100, HI-STORM 100, HI-STORM FW and HI-STORM UMAX Systems under the provisions of 10 CFR 72.48. The report included as summarizes all changes, tests, and experiments implemented by Holtec under the provisions of 10 CFR 72.48 for the HI-STAR 100, HI-STORM 100, HI-STORM FW, and HI-STORM UMAX Systems between December 31, 2017 and December 31, 2019. Please note that this attachment is considered proprietary, and therefore an affidavit in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 is included as Attachment 2.
It is noted that the last such biennial report (Reference 4) was submitted on January 4, 2018, and that the period between these filings is consistent with the 10 CFR 72.48(d)(2) reporting requirement.
