We have completed our review of the lippraded Physical Protection Plan which you submitted on Septenber 12, 1980. Based upon this review, we have determined that your plan is generally responsive to the require-nents of the Upgrade Rule. However, sore additional infomation and revisions are required in order to nake the plan acceptable. The enclosure to this letter contains both general and detailed comrents concerning these requirements. A few additional observations concerning Chapter 20 of your plan will be the subject of a separate letter that will be forwarded to you in the very near future.
