Submittal of Emergency Plan Implementing Procedures Vermont Yankee submitted with Reference (c) copies of thirteen Emergency Plan Implementing Procedures required by Reference (b) above. We further stated that two additional procedures, " Emergency Plan Classification and Action Level Scheme," A.P. 3125, and " Eval-untion of Of f-Site Radiological Conditions," 0.P.
3513, were still undergoing revision and would be submitted upon completion of our re-view process.
In accordance with Reference (b) above, Vermont Yankee Nuclear Power Corporation hereby submits thirteen copies (ten to NRR and three to Region I Office of I&E) of the remaining two procedures.
