POINT BEACH NUCLEAR PLANT SECURI'lY PLAN This letter and its enclosure are in reference to a change to the Point Beach Nuclear Plant Modified Amended Security Plan.
The enclosed material is identified as 1.3.1.1.2.c, Continued Observation Program, and replaces the present 1.3.1.1.2.c, Medical and Psychological Evaluation, in the Security Plan.
This change does not decrease the level of security as prescribed in 10 CFR 73.55.
Copies of the change are submitted in accordance with 50.54 (p).
The subject matter of the enclosure to this letter is considered exempt from disclosure in accordance with the provisions of 10 CF.'. 2.790.
We request that the enclosure be treated as confidential and not be placed in any public document room, and that any reply you make be similarly withheld if it deals with the details of our plant security plan.
