This is to advise that Odell Smith of our physical security licensing staff will visit your Canoga Park facility on October 30 and 31,1980.
The primary purpose of Mr. Smith's visit is to discuss with you the major aspects of the physical protection plan submitted by your letter of Septem-ber 19.1980 and provide informal coments thereon which resulted from the initial review by the NRC staff.
Inasmuch as Mr. Smith is now the primary reviewing official for physical protection licensing matters for your facility, we would appreciate your better providing him an appropriate tour and briefing in order that he may unders'and your unique, site-specific physical security requirements.
