Section 9.0 of Reference (A) contains an oversight in that item 7 of Table 9-1 should have made reference to a new Technical Specification Figure 2.2-3. That new Figure 2.2-3 is attached. Please note that the PVAR equation on Figure 2.2-3 is mocified to agree with the equation on Technical Specification Figure 2.2-2 centained in Reference (B).
The Safsty Analyses reported in Reference (A) used the correct PVAR equation.
Also, TM/LP LSS Setpoints for Cycle 4 were determined using the correct equation.
Consequently, the present Safety Analyses and TM/LP LSS Setpoints have been and still are valid.
