NRC STAFF OBJECTIONS TO INTERVENOR DELLUf1S' SUPPLEMENTAL DOCUMENTS REQUEST Pursuant to the tiemorandum and Order of the Atomic Safety and Licer, sing Board dated February 3,1981, the NRC Staff herein files its objections to Intervenor Dellums' Supplemental Document Request dated March 16, 1981.
The Staff objects to items 2 and 3 to the extent they concern site reviews of reactors other than the GETR, on the basis that (1) the Supple-mental Document Request contains no statement as to the relevance of items 2 and 3 to the issues in this proceeding, (2) the Staff does not discern an obvious relevance in its independent con:ideration and therefore believes they are irrelevant within the meaning of 10 CFR 2.741.
The Staff objects to iten 4 to the extent it refers to "any other consultations to the NRC", on the basis that it does not describe the items with reasonable particularity as required by 10 CFR 2.744.
