Docket Nos. 50-514 and 50-515 9
Dear Members of the Board:
In a filing dated March 4,1981, I advised the Board that Staff had under-taken discussions with the other parties to this proceeding regarding a stipulation concerning (1) Intervenors' proposed contentions as to the Staff's alternative site analysis and (2) a discovery and hearing schedule.
Those discussions have continued and I am pleased to report that substantial progress has been made in these regards.
It now appears that I should be in a position to forward a stipulation relating to these matters for the approval of the Board within the next several weeks.
Sincerely, MM Bernard M. Bordenick Counsel for NRC Staff cc: Alan S. Rosenthal, Esq.
