Request for Change to License Condition 3.4 (C)
Columbia Fuel Fabrication Facility SNM-1107, Docket No. 1151 The Westinghouse Electric Corporation hereby requests that the NRC modify license condition.3.4 (c) of the Columbia Fuel Fabrication Facility, SNM-1107, Docket 70-1151.
The license condition should read as follows:
c)
A minimum of one sample shall be taken from each UF6 cylinder.
In addition, duplicate samples for measurement control purposes shall be taken from at least three of the UF6 cylinders.
All samples shall be analyzed by the licensee or his designated agent for element and isotope content.
The change consists of-the phrase "or his designated agent" replacing the phrase "at his plant laboratory".
This change will make license condition 3.4 (c) consistent with license condition 3.1.
