Dear Mr. Engelken:
m The Sacramento Municipal Utility District has reviewed IE Bulletin No. 81-01, Surveillanca of Mechanical Snubbers, dated January 27, 1981. We have determined that we do not have any mechanical snubbers installed on safety related systems at Rancho Seco Unit 1 and, therefore, do not intend to pursue any of the actions requested in this bulletin.
