Middletown, PA Please step the waste of "MI-1 and allev this unit to be returned to service, giving relief to the Metropolitan Edison capany and its custcxsers. The delay of returning TMI-1 to service is inexcusable and a aste of the American peopleh assets. Time is money and the NRC should be : sore cognizant of this fact.
