This letter is in response to IE Bulletin 79-01B Supplement 3, which concerns the e.nvironmental qualification of Class 1E safety related electrical equipment. As required by the bulletin, we are submitting by February 1,

1981, information to support the environmental qualification of Class 1E equipment installed at Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station as a result of the TMI Action Plan.

The qualificiation information for equipment required to achieve and maintain a Ccid Shutdown has been incorporated as part of our previous "esponses.

The enclosed information is comprised of the following:

(1) Component evaluation work sheets (CEWS)

(2) Revised reference list (3) Revised notes list (4) Qualification temperature profiles for two of the new references Each CEWS for TMI Action Plan items is identified by "TMI -

(MOD #XXX)".
