In accordance with the provisions of the Freedom of Infor-mation Act (5 U.S.C. 5552) and the regulations of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission promulgated thereunder (10 C.F.R. SS9.1, ff.),

requect is hereby made for access to the following:

1) A lecter from one Leslie Alsager, whose address is believed to be 7420 Zenith Court, Falls Church, Virginia 22042, requesting documents relating to the construction of nuclear generating units located in Seabrook, New Hampshire.

2) The Commission's written response to '

Mr. Alsager's request, including a list of the Commission's records made available to him.

The exact date of the foregoing letter is unknown, but it is believed that the Commission made available the documents requested in said letter in.May of 1980. This request does not seek copies of the documents pro'.lded to Mr. Alsager.  !
