Department of Agriculture Docket No. 070-01277 Beltsville, Maryland 20705 License No. SNM-1235 Based on the results of an NRC inspection conducted on October 21-22, 1980, it appears that one of your activities was not conducted in full compliance with the conditions of your license as indicated below:

-Condition 10 c' your license requires that licensed material be used only at the Soil ar i Water Conservation Research Divisions Sedimentation Laboratory, t
Oxford, Mississippi and in local rivers near the laboratory.
Contrary to this requirement, as of the date of the inspection, October 21-22, 1980, licensed material was stored at your site in Durant, Oklahoma which is not an authorized place of use.
This is an infraction.
