ORDER CHANGING NAME OF LICENSEE AND GRANTING tiOTION TO WITHDRAW At the request of its counsel the name of Licensee is hereby changed from Nuclear Engineering Company, Inc. to US Ecology, Inc.
The counsel for fifteen individual intervenors, and Associated Citizens for the Protection of the Environment known as Schieler, et al., appeared at a prehearing conference in this matter on February 13, 1981 and filed with the Board a written motion to withdraw by.such intervenors. This motion is granted.
The motion to withdraw also requests that the intervenors remain on the Commission service list for future filings in this proceeding. This request is also granted.
The intervenors also request to reserve the right to participate in the event of future action to obtain permits and conduct low-level nuclear waste burial or for a license to expand the Sheffield site. The Board
' cannot grant this request, but if such future action should occur the
