Completed more than 250 projects in seismicity, ground rotion, tectonie structural elements, and foundation conditions during twenty-five _ years of experience for power-generating facilities, fossil fuel plants, underground pumped storage projects, dams, pipe, lines, tunnels, ' hardened" sites, and other engineered facilities.

Directed studies required for licensing nuclear plants in the United States, Brazil, Taiwan, and Italy.

Conducted seismicity research studies and installation of seismic networks - most recently to study the relationship of reservoir loading to earthquakes in Brazil.

Served as a consultant to the utilities included in the Systematic Evaluation Program (SEP); directed site dependent response spectra studies for several sites included in this program.

Conducted studies on the effects of underwater and underground blasting, including the measurement and control of the resulting ground vibration levels as well as the design of air curtain installations to prevent damage from underwater overpressures.
