Gas Co. (SCEG) asks that we strike as an unauthorized pleading all after the first sentence of the February 12, 1981 letter from counsel for Central Electric Power Cooperatives, In c. (Central).
The first sentence serves to transmit a copy of the final, Power Systems Coordination Agreement between Central and the South Carolina Public Service Authority.
