Dear Mr. Grier:
I In our final report on the above subject deficiency, submitted by letter of June 6, 1980 we committed that all corrective actions were to be completed by December 31, 1980.

The situations that have caused this delay are:
1) commercial aspects of the work involving additional compensation requested by the supplier which we feel is unj us tified, and:
2) resolution of environmental qualification documentation deficiencies.
