9 NRC LETTER DATED JANUARY 22, 1981 - TRACKING SYSTEM FOR 50.55(e) REPORTS - DOCKET NO. 50-358, CONSTRUCTION PERMIT CPPR-E 3, W.0. (157300-957, JOB E-5590 Gentlemen:
In response to your letter, dated January 22, 1981, The Cincinnati Gas & Electric Company 50.55(e) reports are identified with a numbering system which is divided into three (3) categories.
The electrical related 50.55(e) reports are identified with an "E" number (i.e. - E-1, E-2, etc.), the mechanical related reports with an "M" number (i.e. - M-1, M-2, etc.); and the structural rela ted reports with an "S" number (i.e. - S-1, S-2, etc. ).
Each category will be identified by a consecutive number sequence without reference to the year in which the 50.55(e) deficiency was identified.
Subsequent letters on the same deficiency will include the assigned category and number as part of the subject.
l Also, consistent with our current practice, each submittal will be l
identified by a QA letter number which appears directly below the date of the letter.
We trust the above clarifies our tracking system for the 50.55(e) reports.
